Orders, Shipping & Returns:

All orders placed at Explosive Diesels are processed the following day. Depending on any additional processing that needs to be done, the item will be shipped within the next 24 hours after being processed. You'll receive a confirmation email after the package has been shipped and any relating tracking information. After the package has shipped we ask for up to 4-8 business days for the packaged item(s) to arrive at your door. We do offer faster shipping if needed, which can be selected at check-out. But does come at a higher cost.

We only ship within the United States/Canada! If you want something shipped out of the country, please message us on the contact page.

Once order is placed it cannot be canceled unless otherwise authorized by seller.

Returns:
Due to the nature and use of this item we do not accept returns as most items are vin# specific or built to order.

We will exchange only if the item is defective. We do recommend professional installation on these parts.

If item is defective and cannot be exchanged or fixed a refund of the original purchase price will be issued. 

We do make certain exceptions on a case by case basis for returning products, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns, exceptions apply on a case by case bases. Items must include all original packaging. Return shipping will not be refunded.
